These terms cover your use of the MCP Verified website, newsletter, and paid data feeds ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them.
MCP Verified tests publicly available MCP servers about once a week and publishes the results. A result shows what happened in our test environment on the test date. It doesn't mean a server is safe, secure, maintained, or suitable for your use.
The list, feeds, API and newsletter are provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Servers change often, and our results can be wrong or out of date. Check any server yourself before you rely on it.
To the extent the law allows, MCP Verified is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss from using or relying on the Service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
The servers we list belong to their authors. We are not affiliated with them, or with Anthropic or the Model Context Protocol project, unless we say so. Names are used only to identify the software we tested.
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices may change, and we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to you.
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. If you ask within 7 days of a charge, we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
Paid feeds are for you or your team. You may use the data in your own products and internal tools. Please don't resell or republish the paid feed as your own dataset. Don't overload the Service, and don't try to get around access controls. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll post it here and email paid subscribers.
